Do I need a car?

95% of the time my answer is "no, you do not need a car" but your transportation needs will depend on you're planning to do / see.

The properties are located downtown and are walkable to the city's biggest events.  If most of your time will be spent in the greater downtown area I'd recommend walking and/or Ubering. If you're planning to take many excursions to attractions outside of downtown then you might want a car (and if you do end up with a car, I've got free parking for you at the complex.)
